The Human anti-NMDAR Antibody (anti-N-methyl-D-aspartic Acid receptor Antibody) ELISA Kit measures NMDAR-Ab in Human Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antigen-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with antigen. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antigen. Then, it binds with anti-NMDAR Antibody bound to precoated antigen. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of anti-NMDAR Antibody in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

Worth a try, I guess.
Picked up this beef tallow lip balm for my husband. We had the worst winter and everything was so dry. He is used to using the waxy sticks you buy at the big box stores to treat his dry lips. He has been using tallow and I noticed this lip balm and thought he might like it. The stick is quite big. Thicker than the normal waxy stick you might buy at the store. In line with some of the larger sticks I have seen in the stores by some of the men's lines that are out there. He used it often and found it to work well. Did it work better than some of the waxy sticks from the store, he didn't think so but it was on par with those. He does like that it is natural. He told me that he would apply it and his lips would feel good and it would last for a while and just like any other product he would try, his lips would be dry again after a while. I would say that generally, it sounds like an average product but it's natural. Worth a try, I guess!
