Phô mai Parmesan là một loại phô mai tự nhiên, được làm bằng cách đông đặc sữa với vi khuẩn axit lactic và enzyme, sau đó lên men và ủ trong nhiều tháng nên có hương vị béo thơm đậm đà, mặn nhẹ cực cuốn.
