Due to customer feedback, this downstem is NOW sent with rubber top hat grommet and NOT the donut as shown.

Fits into rubber grommet in water pipe and allows conversion to use 19mil male glass on glass bowl, oil dome or accessories. Diffuser slots. Various lengths available. Please choose length. Due to customer feedback, this downstem is NOW sent with rubber top hat grommet and NOT the donut as shown. Also available in 14mil. 15mil is approx 5/8" This is a unique custom made item. Be sure to order correct size. Only fits water pipes with OVERSIZE downstem.
Because this item is Handmade. There may be slight variation in length.
TIP: Use a little soapy water when sliding rubber grommet on to downstem.
