I think this book is one of my nephews most prized possessions. It’s a great book that can grown with them for a few years. He is only 3 but this could easily engage a 5 or 6 year old. I really like this dark fantasy comic series. A long time ago, the world turned into darkness. The sun did not shine any more, and anybody who was in the dark for too long turned into a monster. Humans still survive. They drive around and live. The monsters are afraid of light. The artwork is really really good. Monsters and humans are drawn with excellent detail. You can actually see what's going on. The fight scenes are easy to understand. Can't wait to read Volume 2.
