Our awnings are made from special fabric that is designed to provide shade outdoors and stand up to the harsh conditions of the sun! The material is GreenGuard certified (acceptable for use in environments such as schools and healthcare facilities) and is well suited for use providing shady sanctuary for our furry friends.

Awnings include small grommets which allow for proper water drainage in heavy rains. They allow water to drain through without pooling on top of the catio, which could cause damage to the catio.

If the color choice shown do not work for your situation or you would like something a bit different, we have many more colors available and you can review them here. These colors will come with at a higher price point and with potentially larger lead times as we do not stock the materials in our facility.
