Seamless Connectivity and Remote Access
At its core, the UCM6302A features 2 FXS ports for analog phones or fax machines and 2 FXO ports for traditional PSTN lines, both with lifeline capability in case of a power outage. It is equipped with three auto-sensing Gigabit network ports with integrated PoE+ and a built-in NAT router for streamlined installation and connectivity. This appliance is fully compatible with the UCM RemoteConnect cloud service, which facilitates secure remote connections for your off-site employees without complex network configurations. The free Wave App for desktop and mobile (Android/iOS) allows users to make and receive calls, chat, and join meetings from anywhere, ensuring your team stays productive on the go.

Built on the Asterisk 16 open-source telephony operating system, the UCM6302A offers a rich set of features and flexibility. It includes a built-in audio conferencing platform for up to 5 meeting rooms and 75 parties. Advanced security is paramount, with features like secure boot, a unique certificate, and a random default password to protect your calls and accounts. For simplified management, the appliance is compatible with the Grandstream Device Management System (GDMS), providing a centralized cloud interface for provisioning, management, and monitoring. An available API also allows for deep integrations with third-party CRM and PMS platforms.

The UCM6302A is powered by a 4-core processor with 1 GB of RAM and 32GB of flash memory, ensuring reliable and responsive performance. It supports a wide range of voice codecs, including the high-fidelity Full-Band Opus codec, and offers jitter resilience for up to 50% packet loss to maintain call quality. The device features a 320x240 color LCD touch screen for easy access to key information and settings. With dual USB ports (2.0 and 3.0) and an SD card interface, you have ample options for storage and peripheral connectivity.
