Vinyl LP repressing including an exact reproduction of the original gatefold pop-up sleeve. As Turkey's political factions turned more and more violent in the late 1970s, Buscemi-eyed Edip Akbayram was nearly beaten up by rioting audiences for daring to sing about rural points of view that were naturally critical of Istanbul's political leaders. This second album of Anatolian Psychedelia, originally released in 1977, showed defiance even in it's gatefold art, with a drawing of the band members seeming to grow straight out the ground, covered in plant tendrils. Akbayram poached members of Mogollar and Baris Manco's Kurtalan Ekspres to get the best fuzz breaks and Hammond slams and put them straight in your ears. The band also tried out some mixes that pushed the vocals or a particular instrument way up front, and of course long, low, reverberant welcomes from Edip's echo-covered voice.

Sizing Varies, But an Amazing Tee if you get the right size!

I ordered this in a size Large, my recommended size per Amazon and the size chart, it was so small through the underbust area that I could not wear it. I then ordered an XL and it is huge! The XL is too big everywhere, but especially through the bust! For your reference the bust line in the XL measures 42" pit to pit. I am going to try again to order a Large and see if perhaps I just got one that was sized incorrectly.
This tee is so cute. I love the fit, the neckline, the slight flare at the hem. It's super cute and offers a great feminine look and feel. The material is amazing. Super soft, perfect non-clingy drape, opaque, lightweight . . . there's nothing not to love here!
