HOKA uses its J-Frame™ support, which is a firmer foam that wraps around the medial (or inside) side of the foot and around the heel in a J-shape to give support when you need it. It features a midfoot H-Frame that increases upper support and midfoot lockdown. Designers added cushioning around the heel collar and tongue to provide for a better step-in feel. Plus, HOKA updated the tongue with a single-side gusset and added a hidden eyestay reinforcement to reduce any slippage.
