The abrasive exits the nozzle perpendicular to the nozzle axis: exactly sideways in relation to the nozzles direction of travel. The T090 is available with one, two or three outlets. This makes the nozzle suitable for cleaning the inside of pipes, box sections and other surfaces that cannot be reached from the front.

The Kennametal T090 Series is a 90° angle blast nozzle with a tungsten carbide liner, 1-1/4" NPSM brass thread and rubber washer seal. The abrasive exits the nozzle perpendicular to the nozzle axis: exactly sideways in relation to the nozzle’s direction of travel. The T090 is available with one, two or three outlets. This makes the nozzle suitable for cleaning the inside of pipes, box sections and other surfaces that cannot be reached from the front.

The 90° exit angle is particularly effective for internal pipe blasting. The nozzle is drawn through the pipe lengthwise, while the abrasive strikes and cleans the inner wall at a right angle. Versions with two or three outlets increase coverage per pass without repositioning the nozzle. The tungsten carbide liner provides reliable service life when used with standard mineral abrasives and aluminium silicate. The body, with a 25.4 mm (1") outside diameter and 79.4 mm overall length, matches the T045 45° Series, allowing both angle types to be used with the same equipment.

For the same 90° angle blast nozzle with 50 mm thread, the T090 50 mm Series is available in a single-outlet version. For a 45° angle blast nozzle in the same 1-1/4" format, the T045 45° Series is available.

The 7/16" (#7) bore is only available in the single-outlet version.
