Vinyl LP pressing. 2016 release. In between Subhumans (UK) and Citizen Fish, Dick Lucas fronted Culture Shock. Short-lived and influential as hell, the innovators of ska-punk-dub-reggae are at their best with Attention Span, their first recording in 25 years! Culture Shock began in England in 1986, soon after the Subhumans broke up, and ended three albums and three years later. Showing the progression from Subhumans to Lucas's early blueprints for Citizen Fish, Culture Shock is a transitional band just like Ian MacKaye's Embrace is the missing link between Minor Threat and Fugazi. The lineup remains almost the same, with original members Bill (drums), Jasper Patterson (bass, also original Citizen Fish member) and Lucas (vocals) joined by Alex Gordon (also from Citizen Fish) on guitar. Lucas's lyrics are primarily concerned with social and political issues, including the awareness of animal cruelty and social alienation. The songs are far from angry rants-they often highlight a perspective of positivity and empowerment. Attention Span follows the success of their 2012 release, Everything (a collection of their three albums and demos), which ignited the band's full reformation. They have been playing live again since 2013. Attention Span delivers a blend of ska, punk, dub and reggae that appeals to sing-along music fans and provides a glimpse at the struggles of modern life. Two fine examples are the opening track, "Visibility," which explores the illusions of internet privacy and "social media-ocrity," and "What Have We Got To Hide," a clever take on Big Brother paranoia. Since their rebirth in 2013, Culture Shock has evolved with the times, gaining new depth while staying true to the sound that made them so important since day one.

Finally a Toy My Aggressive Chewer Can’t Destroy

My dog is an extremely aggressive chewer, and finding toys that last more than a few minutes has always been a challenge. Most toys are destroyed almost immediately, but this one has held up incredibly well. He chews on it constantly, and it still hasn’t been destroyed!

A Green Hard Plastic Sea Creature? Chew Toy
Color: Green, Pattern Name: Hammerhead Shark
This is a sturdy chew for my 40 lb retriever who is 9 months old. BUT after she has been chewing on it there are sharp edges which hurt my fingers when she wants me to throw it.
It is strong and she enjoys it, so she can continue as long as she wants but, If it cuts her tongue or mouth it’s gone.

Strongest squeak toy for aggressive chewer

I have been through so many toys for my aggressive super chewer pit bull puppy. He has shredded the bark box super chewer toys and most super chewer toys. Wet have had this toy for over a month and he still lives it! The squeaker odds in the middle of the toy and impossible to tear out and it still squeaks! This has been a very impressive toy.

My Pomsky who is 9 months has destroyed every toy we’ve gotten him so far and he LOVES this one. He took to it right from the box and hasn’t let it leave his side since. It’s a very durable, hard, chew resistant material and I have a feeling it’s going to last him a long time. Highly recommend! His smile says it all 😊

Durability

I have a lab puppy and she LOVES to chew and tear anything that she can up. I bought this being a little bit hesitant by some of the reviews but I will say she has not torn out the squeaker yet,. And it’s pretty loud too (it’s been almost two weeks) and the plastic is pretty durable. The only negative I have to say is the plastic does it sharp ( I’ve almost cut myself on it) but that doesn’t seem to affect her. So overall I’d say this is a great product if your dog needs something durable yet chewable.
