Suggested Use
Adults: Take 1 tsp (5ml) daily. Adults with rheumatoid arthritis: 1.5 tsps (7.5ml) daily. Children and adolescents 1-18 years (all except rheumatoid arthritis & mood balance): 1/2tsp (2.5ml daily).
