On it's captivating self-titled debut LP, Philadelphia, PAs Weller explores how both positive and negative reminders of the past are often tied into everyday encounters. Regardless of how devastating and abrupt these moments are, they often serve as a source of continual motivation and existential validation. Drawing from difficult family situations, long commutes, and persistent pressure to conform to a 9-to-5 with benefits, the 20-something uncertainty illustrated in these ten intimate, hook-driven songs are what turned hundreds of iPhone voice memos into the poignant and personified Weller.Weller began as the solo project of songwriter Harrison Nantz, who after graduating college, opted to exit comfort zones and move to an unfamiliar city. In Philly, Nantz befriended bassist Evan Clark Moorehead and drummer Jeremy Berkin who eventually joined the burgeoning project at the start of 2016. Citing creative influences such as Death Cab for Cutie, Counting Crows and Radiator Hospital, Weller released it's debut EP, Career Fair, followed by tours throughout the Northeast and Midwest. Amazing book and great reminder of Gods Grace and how we are no different than Jacob.
Format: Kindle
I LOVE reading books by Max Lucado and this was another great one. I love how he gives scripture throughout his books and examples of how we are no different than those of old who had the same troubles and trials. Gods Grace is there for me just as it was for Jacob and is for anyone else who believes and trusts in the Lord.

Great Book for Men’s Group
Format: Hardcover
Our men’s group was looking for a great book to for our mid-week Bible Study and were excited to learn that Max Lucado had this book. God Never Gives Up on You has been perfect. Each chapter is easy to read while providing depth in thought. The best part is that each chapter is only about 10pgs (which seems to be a great number for our group). Great questions for group discussion at the end of the book too!

Much Needed Message
Format: Kindle
Beyond the message, I thoroughly enjoyed the story of Jacob in the Book of Genesis. And I thoroughly enjoyed Pastor Max Lucado‘s take on the story, and how he made it come to life for me.
You will not be disappointed in this book, or it’s message,… I promise.

Very insightful
Format: Paperback
A very interesting way to break down the concepts of basic and/or sophisticated cybersecurity. In that retrospect, you come to see that all security measures are quite the same. The difference lies in the environment; one is a corporate office, the other is Feudal Japan. It's a good read
