How often should I use this mask?

Most curlies use a deep conditioning mask weekly — replacing the regular rinse-out conditioner on one wash day. Twice a week is fine for very high-porosity or damaged hair; daily is too much.

How long should I leave it on?

Minimum 15 minutes. Up to 30 minutes for very dry or damaged hair. Use under a heat cap, plastic cap, or simply with body heat — heat opens the cuticle for deeper penetration.

Can I leave it overnight?

Most curlies don't need to — a 30-minute treatment under heat reaches the same level of penetration. Overnight masking is fine if your hair tolerates it; some textures find it leaves residue.

Does it replace my regular conditioner?

Yes — on the day you mask, skip the regular rinse-out. The mask does the conditioning step. Continue with leave-in and styler as normal.
