Rong biển vụn – Top thực phẩm thường trữ của nhiều gia đình Hàn và là nguyên liệu phổ biến được nhiều đầu bếp nhà hàng sử dụng, có thể rắc và ăn kèm cùng nhiều món, không chỉ giúp trang trí đẹp mắt mà còn tăng thêm phần hấp dẫn về hương vị.

Rong biển vụn Daepyo 300g được thu thập từ nguồn rong biển sạch và chất lượng. Sau đó đem đi sấy khô, chế biến và đóng gói, đảm bảo mang đến từng vụn rong biển đạt yêu cầu và giữ nguyên được hương vị sâu lắng cùng những chất dinh dưỡng vốn có.

Rong biển được rang ở nhiệt độ cao, tạo nên độ giòn hấp dẫn, kết hợp thêm muối đến từng vụn rong biển mằn mặn thơm giòn. Ngoài ra, việc sử dụng dầu mè cũng là một bí quyết giúp cho rong biển càng thơm và đặc biệt hơn so với một số sản phẩm khác.

Rong biển vụn có thể dùng để làm món ăn kèm với cơm trắng hoặc làm nguyên liệu trộn cơm bibimbap, cơm nắm chumokbap, rắc lên súp bánh gạo, súp mandu, mì guksu,...đều được. Chỉ cần cho vào một ít vụn rong biển, món ăn của bạn sẽ càng thêm hoàn hảo và bắt mắt!

Somehow they disappear, she loves making baskets, puts them in my tractor bucket, or my gardening bucket..then get put in burn pile, trash etc. I keep replacing them because she’d look day and night if we actually ran out!! 🙏✝️👍🏼👍🏼
