The Rat (TNF-R2) Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor 2 ELISA Kit measures Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor 2 in Rat samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Rat TNFRSF1B antibody. TNFRSF1B present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Rat TNFRSF1B Antibody is added and binds to TNFRSF1B in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated TNFRSF1B antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Rat TNFRSF1B. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Purchased this for our trip to Mexico. At two cruise ports we were doing a combination snorkel and pool day. I got this sunscreen because it was reef friendly and came with two bottles. Both bottles were IMPOSSIBLE to spray. You could not sunscreen yourself because you had to hold the bottle just right, push down with extreme force, and have your fingers place very specifically on the lid. My 13 year old and husband couldn’t even use the bottles. I did figure it out so I had to continually sunscreen everyone in the family. No one in my family has sensitive skin, but we all ended up with a fine rash after using this sunscreen. On days prior we used another brand and no one had a problem. We also reapplied often (every 60-90 min) and we still got pretty burnt. Maybe we got a bad batch…
