Hawk DTC-60 pads are designed for performance and will provide you with unmatched stopping power even when your brake system reaches temperatures of up to 1600°F. The DTC-60 Brake Pad works great with the DTC-70 Brake Pad when different amounts of braking friction is required between the front and rear brakes. The DTC-60 Pads deliver an aggressive initial bite that is easily controlled. Designed for cars that require high deceleration rates with or without down force.
SPECIAL NOTE: Due to the aggressive nature of the Hawk Performance Motorsports Compound pads, they are not recommended for street use.
DTC-60 Pads - High torque with less initial bite than DTC 70. Superior release and torque control characteristics. Brake pads designed for cars with high deceleration rates with or without down force. Recommended for use with DTC-70 when split friction between front and rear axle is desired.
DTC60/70 Features
- Temp Range: 400-1,600 degrees Fahrenheit
- Torque: DTC-60 High, DTC-70 Extremely High
- Recommended Use: DTC-70 is a higher torque version of the DTC-60, this compound is designed for vehicles with high top speeds that require repeated high deceleration rates.
