LEISTUNGSMERKMALE

Die KeMar GmbH gewährt bei Kauf über unseren Online-Shop eine Verlängerung der freiwilligen Garantie von 12 Monaten auf zusätzlich 36 Monate ab Kaufdatum. Die Garantieverlängerung wird grundsätzlich nur bei Registrierung und bei Kauf auf der Internetseite von KeMar (https://www.kemar.de/shop/) innerhalb der 1- jährigen Herstellergarantie wirksam.

Nach Kauf erfolgt die automatische Registrierung Ihres Geräts. Dazu benötigen wir folgende Angaben:

Rechnungsnummer
Kaufdatum
Seriennummer (diese befindet sich auf der Unterseite Ihres Mixers)

Diese Angaben können Sie während des Bestellvorgangs im Feld „Anmerkung zur Bestellung“ eingeben. Nach Bezahlung der Garantieverlängerung erhalten Sie eine Rechnung und Ihre Angaben werden automatisch bei uns hinterlegt.

KeMar Garantieverlängerung um 3 Jahre

Wir gewähren ab dem Kaufdatum 1 Jahr Herstellergarantie. Die gesetzliche Gewährleistung in Deutschland beträgt 2 Jahre.

Ihre gesetzlichen Rechte werden hierdurch nicht eingeschränkt.

Die Herstellergarantie ist freiwillig und beginnt ab dem jeweiligen Kaufdatum. Uns sind die Argumente bewusst, dass andere Hersteller von Mixern teilweise eine Garantie von 5-7 Jahren gewähren, lassen sich diese aber auch durch sehr hohe Kaufpreise (ab EUR 399,00 bis über EUR 1.000,00) vom Käufer bezahlen. Der eventuelle Garantiefall ist somit schon in den höheren Verkaufspreisen einkalkuliert. Würden wir für unsere Mixer auch den Kaufpreis drastisch erhöhen, könnten wir im Gegenzug die Garantiefrist verlängern. 

Daher bieten wir nachstehend eine optionale Garantieverlängerung von 3 Jahren an.

Die Garantieverlängerung gilt nur für in Deutschland gekaufte und genutzte KeMar Hochleistungsmixer:

Für andere Haushaltsgeräte kann die Garantieverlängerung nicht abgeschlossen werden.

Die Garantie umfasst Reparatur oder Ersatzlieferung des Produktes gemäß Vertragsbedingungen:
