奈良萬 純米大吟醸(naraman) 20 18
香氣不太濃烈，是輕柔的吟釀香。平滑的口感和溫和的旨味。甜味和辣味之間取得絕妙的平衡，冷飲和熱飲也很適合。
「奈良萬」的主張就是「地元五百萬石的純米酒」。過往約20年來一直都只釀造五百萬石的日本酒，雖然亦有考慮過用其他酒米，但如果用例如山田錦、雄町等，就會變得跟其他酒藏一樣，難以顯現自家的個性。
就在此時十四代的高木先生便來探問：「會否考慮試用酒未來呢？」「酒未來」是十四代的高木酒造花費了18年時間開發而成的酒米。最初「夢心酒造」藏主因為沒有太大自信心使用而拒絶了高木先生竹的好意，但後來也就改變主意決定放膽一試。翌年便拜託對方轉讓酒米再開始釀酒。
現在「奈良萬」使用酒未來的日本酒變多了，亦有越來越重覆使用的，而成為了固定酒。
