Featuring Harry Miller, Johnny Dyani, Keith Tippett, Evan Parker, Nick Evans, Radu Malfatti, and Kenny Wheeler, this is former Blue Note artist Louis Moholo's first album under his own name and is a classic example of the cross-pollination between South African and British players. Mongezi Feza's 'You Ain't Gonna Know Me 'Cos You Think You Know Me" alone is enough to make your life a better place. Made with permission and in association with Ogun Recordings. Features an exact reproduction of the original artwork and liner notes, along with new liner notes from Matthew Wright. Remastered by Giuseppe IIelasi. High gloss sleeve; edition of 1000. From Matthew Wright's new liner notes: "The South African melodies, now so familiar, were wholeheartedly taken on board by the individual musicians, their unity of purpose mirroring the belief in the strength of the collective. Stunning solos, often close to the edge, feature throughout - Evan Parker and Keith Tippett on 'Shine Wherever You Are'; the contrasting trombone styles of Nick Evans and Radu Malfatti on 'You Ain't Gonna Know Me... '; the octet sounding like a full big band; and behind them, the relentlessly rhythmic urgency of the piano, bass and drums. It's not glamorous but it works wonders - even while I am on Accutane!

This is the best, most luxurious lotion I have ever used. And the only lotion that I can even stand to be on my skin.
I started Accutane (for acne) last year and was told that my skin would dry out horribly and that I needed to find a good moisturizer to limit the peeling and cracking that I would inevitably experience. Prior to the medicine my skin was oily and very acne prone and every lotion that I had tried either made me feel like I was wearing a latex suit or broke me out horribly. After doing some research I read that this was a great solution and figured I would give it a try. I started it out right away to try to avoid getting dry and was shocked at how well it worked. Even at the beginning when I was still oily this lotion never felt too heavy. Now don't get me wrong-it goes on like frosting and initially feels like a lot-but within minutes it soaks in and leaves your skin feeling like a little kids (not the sticky kind of little kid though-the good clean little kids with undamaged skin). It will last for days too. No need to reapply because it has soaked in to your skin and doesn't just sit on the surface. My skin has never been this soft. And here I am, nearly 9 months in to my Accutane medication regimen and I am not flaking or peeling. In fact, my skin has never looked better or more healthy. My doctors are shocked at how my skin has stayed moisturized because nearly everyone peels. And it doesn't break you out which is obviously something super important. Now, could I be an anomoly? Maybe, but I don't think so. I honestly think this lotion is Just. That. Good! The price isn't bad either!

Great for dry skin and the whole family

We use this at home for everyone, including the kids, and it works really well. We all have pretty dry skin, and this cream keeps it hydrated for hours. I apply it after showering and it leaves the skin soft without feeling greasy. It has no strong scent, doesn’t irritate, and hasn’t caused any breakouts. I also feel comfortable using it on my kids because it’s gentle and effective. The jar lasts a long time since a little goes a long way. I would definitely buy it again.

Dry Skin Miracle!

I have very dry skin, and around my chin and nose, it flakes and turns red, exposing my inner layer of skin due to severe dryness. I could never seem to hydrate it or get rid of the flakiness. I thought it was just my skin at this point, and I could do nothing to solve it. Now, I've never considered using Cerave; I've always heard negative things about it. However, I've never been a makeup person until now, when I want to try to elevate my look (not to mention I'm always in pain from a lack of hydration). The problem is, my skin is so dry that it cracks the makeup, preventing it from setting well on my face.
Another problem is that around my nostrils, the flakiness looks like boogers, nasty. It's incredibly annoying. So I did a little research, and now I'm here. LET ME TELL YOU! This cream is amazing! I love how thick it is, and how a little goes a long way! My face, for the first time in my short life, is not dry! It's not buttery smooth, as in your hand won't glide against my face, but it won't feel the flakiness and roughness of my skin—and that's a game changer! I'm genuinely obsessed with randomly rubbing my face to feel the almost barrier of hydration, especially around my nostrils! I cannot explain the level of amazement I felt when I touched my nostril area to feel practically smooth skin. I felt as if it were a miracle. I've only used it for a week now, keep in mind, and this is how I feel. PLEASE BUY THIS IF YOU'RE LIKE ME! I'M SO HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE, AND IT'S WORTH ALL MY MONEY 🙏

From dry to soft in days.

I bought this moisturizer at a time when my skin truly needed help, with mature and sensitive skin, and I was dealing with intense dryness. My skin felt tight, dull, and uncomfortable, even after trying several products that didn’t provide lasting hydration.
I decided to try this cream and within the first few days, I noticed a real difference. It’s lightweight, absorbs quickly, doesn’t feel greasy, and most importantly, it doesn’t irritate my skin—instead, it soothes it. With continued use, my skin became softer, more supple, and visibly healthier, without that constant tight feeling.
I love that it’s fragrance-free, oil-free, and non-comedogenic, as it hasn’t caused any breakouts. It also contains ceramides and niacinamide, and the added SPF makes my routine much easier. After trying many products, I can honestly say this is the only one that truly worked for me. It’s now a daily essential.

Great daily lotion

Great daily lotion. I love that it is light and fragrance free. It is perfect for day use. I have dry skin and sometimes it is not enough to use by itself. I mostly use it during the day as a base for sunscreen but it feels really good on the face and does not leave my face feeling greasy. The ingredients are really good and the value for money is great. I love LRP products and this is so easy to use.
