Kapha lubricate the joints, provides moisture to the skin, helps to heal wounds, fills the space in the body, gives biological strength, vigor and stability, supports memory retention, gives energy to the heart and lungs and maintains immunity.
Ingredients:
- Ashwagandha
- Hadjod
- Turmeric
- Gokhshura
- Giloy Stem/Guduchi
- Punarnava
- Nettle Leaves
- Moringa Leaves
- Lemongrass Leaves
- Ginger
- Licorice Root
- Stevia Leaves and Fennel Seed
How to use:
- Put 1 teaspoon (2 gram) of Tea in a cup. Pour boiling water into the cup. Cover the cup and let it steep for three to four minutes. Strain and serve. Preferred without milk.

Fabulous! I’ve purchased these more than once!

These are beautiful and the perfect size for the 12” wide boards I use. The lumber isn’t cut to exactly 12” so there is a slight gap in the back towards the wall which I like for cords, and the boards stay in place with bottom screws. These are very sturdy, thick, and solid. I have not had a single problem with any of them. They are easy to install and very functional. Definitely worth the cost. I have purchased a couple of times.

Heavy duty brackets!

These brackets are heavy duty and came with the correct hardware. They were easy to install, the two holes were so helpful to know where to mark them. I think because they’re heavy duty you can place a good amount of weight on your shelves. The only thing I wasn’t happy with is that 4/69 of shelves, the paint was chipping but it was the perfect gold color.
