Control panel
Programming of work processes and temperatures is done from the control panel using a clear and logical keypad. The current temperature is indicated on the display. The automatic programmer reduces energy consumption by automatically calculating the individual preheating on and off times. Heated tongs can be purchased optionally.
Work area
The spacious heated work area with anti-reflective white LED lighting and, optionally, a large, fold-down magnifying glass contribute to ergonomic operation. The paraffin flow rate can be adjusted using the flow regulator and dispensed manually or by pressing a foot pedal. The integrated cold zone in the work area near the dispensing valve allows for quick and easy sample orientation with short movements. Six independently heated holes facilitate working with standard forceps. Heated forceps are available as optional accessories.
Storage
The ergonomic layout of the two large, independently heated trays for storing cassettes and molds allows for great flexibility.
Cold Plate Work Area
Large cooling surface which increases process efficiency. The temperature is adjustable using easy-to-use control. The temperature distribution is homogeneous, ensuring uniformity among samples regardless of their position on the work surface.
Cold Plate Usage & Effectiveness
The unit works both independently and connected to the dispenser, since the control panel is integrated into the same equipment.
