IMPORTANT: Each charm piece is double-sided and is covered with a protective film on both sides! It may not be obvious at first but the surface will looked slightly scratched because you have to peel the film off. We leave the film on the charms for added protection and allow customers to remove it as they see fit. The charms are NOT scratched or damaged.
