Nordic Naturals Children's DHA Xtra is a dietary supplement for children aged 3 to 6 years. It contains Omega-3 acids from purified deep-sea fish oil (anchovies and sardines) in the form of small, soft, blueberry-flavoured capsules that are easy to swallow. DHA contributes to normal brain function. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA – the product provides 375 mg of DHA in a daily dose.

Purified deep sea fish oil (from anchovies and sardines), soft gel capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water, natural berry flavor), d-alpha tocopherol (antioxidant), natural berry flavor, rosemary extract (a natural preservative). No gluten, milk derivatives, or artificial colors or flavors.
Suggested use:
For ages 3-6 years, three soft gels daily, with food, or as directed by your health care professional or pharmacist. Soft gels can be chewed or swallowed.
