After several years as an academic at Columbia and the University of Texas, David Raddock worked as Director, International Political Affairs, for ENSERCH Corporation, a multinational in the diversified energy arena and civil engineering. He left ENSERCH first to act as senior consultant with Hill and Knowlton and then to assume a managing partnership in KCS&A Public Relations.
David has written four books on international affairs and China and numerous articles for a range of publications running the gamut from academic journals to art magazines and The New York Times.
