Ingredients:
- Kodo millet, Little millet, Barnyard millet, Bengal Gram, Urad dal, Mustard seeds, Asafoetida, Chilli, Curry leaves and Salt.

Preparation:
- Sauté finely chopped onions till transparent.
- Add 3 cups of water and bring to boil.
- Add 1 cup of Magic Beans Multi Millet Upma Mix and stir gently till the mixture is cooked over medium heat.
- Add a pinch of salt to taste.
- Garnish with coriander leaves once removed from the flame.
- Serve hot with coconut or tomato chutney.

This is perfect sunscreen if you have dry and melanated skin. Always glowing afree putting this on annd no white cast ever. There are also no irritants in the sunscreen so applying too much won’t break you out look other sunscreen. The bottle also lasts for about a month 1/2 at a time. Great product
