- Full-height pass-thru design with solid Dutch doors on the front and rear for efficient loading and service.
- Holds up to (17) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (32) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" hotel pans on universal wire slides.
- Top-mounted controls and an analog thermometer make temperature monitoring simple.
- Thermostat-controlled heat ranges from 70°F to 200°F for hot food holding.
- Ducted heating and an insulated cabinet body help maintain even holding conditions.
- Mobile stainless steel construction with 5" casters, including 2 with brakes, makes repositioning easy.
