- 304L stainless 2/3 steam jacket blankets sidewall & bottom for uniform heating.
- Rated 30 psi for connection to most boiler systems.
- Self-locking worm-gear hand tilt—smooth, precise and secure at any angle.
- Reinforced stainless gear box & control console protect critical components.
- 2" tubular tri-leg frame with adjustable flanged feet keeps the vessel level on uneven floors.
- ASME-stamped & NSF-listed; manufactured in Waynesboro, GA.
Integrated MV twin-shaft mixer
- Two-speed TEFC gear motor: 23 / 46 rpm main agitator, 60 / 120 rpm beater.
- Anchor-style agitator hugs kettle contour; removable nylon blades continuously scrape wall & bottom.
- Counter-rotating 304 SS secondary beater eliminates hot spots & promotes even particulate suspension.
- Actuator-assisted bridge lift plus bayonet-mount tools for lightning-fast cleaning.
- Positive rim lock and safety interlock prevent high-speed starts when raised.
