Hints of pale peach. Notes of lychee, passionfruit, papaya and pomegranate. A beautiful length and a nice balance in the mouth. Hints of exotic fruit.
The name of the wine directly translates to the footprints of the Monk, for the path monks took to the top of Mount Sainte-Victoire.
