The Pussy Clamp was designed to fit over the outer labia or lips, with an edge tucking away below, and the other framing the entire vulva. Once in position, you or they will be able to increase or decrease pressure on the outer edge, pinching or spreading the outer labia. Clip on the 31"/78.7cm leash if you're both in the mood.
