Durch den konvexen Schliff der Klinge sowie die manuelle Honung jedes Shun Messers entsteht eine unvergleichbare Schärfe, welche das Messer wie kaum ein zweites selbst durch schwierigstes Schnittgut gleiten lässt. Diese Schärfe, gepaart mit dem ausgewogenen Gewicht der Messer, erlaubt ermüdungsfreies Arbeiten.Jedes Shun-Messer erhält durch Veredelung der natürlich-schönen Damaszener-Maserung einen einzigartigen und individuellen Charakter. Damit wird jedes einzelne Shun-Messer zum unverwechselbaren Einzelstück - zu einem Kunstwerk, vereint aus Handwerk, Technik und Design. Style and comfort doesn't always have to be expensive:

I bought this ones mainly because I have used them before and they are great for dancing. Specially salsa dancing. They look really stylish with formal cloth. A great blend of classic "wing tip" with modern details and smooth lines. They fit nice with thin and medium socks and have medium arc support. They will feel better with each use and are very good for salsa ballroom dancing turns on the forefoot and ruber on the heel for safe stops and stability. They fit true to size and foot stays locked in place with the lacing it provides. Great presentation with the box and awsome price for great quality formal shoes.

Nice shoes for about a year and a half

I bought these shoes about a year and a half ago and they are comfortable and look much more expensive than they actually are. Today, I noticed them starting to tear a little bit, but if I can replace them every 18 months for this price, it is probably still a better value than high end shoes. The grip is good for dress shoes and has held up well, and they are a good fit that does not cause blisters from excessive rubbing. I might not choose these if I need to wear them every day because of their lifespan, but for a once or twice a week pair of dress shoes, they are a good value.
