Der rasend schnelle weiße Wolf SECOND JIVE ergänzt die Frame Arms Girl-Reihe!
Frame Arms Girl Second Jive basiert auf dem gleichnamigen Frame Arms-Modell, das vom Kotobukiya-Bildhauer Katsuhiko Hori entworfen und von E-ji Komatsu in eine originelle weibliche Figur umgesetzt wurde.
Modellspezifikationen:
- Einige Teile der Figur wurden neu modelliert. Die Modellierungen für den voluminösen Pony, den Pferdeschwanz und die Brust sind einzigartig.
- Enthält drei vorbemalte Gesichtsausdrücke: Standard, grinsend und überrascht.
- Der Hautton ist blassweiß.
- Die Grundfarbe wurde in Weiß umgestaltet, was für ein völlig anderes Erscheinungsbild sorgt.
- Die charakteristischen Waffen – Blade Gun, Multi-Cannon und Slab Hanger – wurden neu modelliert.
- Der Griff der Blade Gun lässt sich abnehmen und als Machete verwenden.
- Der Lauf der Multi-Cannon lässt sich in ein Gewehr, eine Klinge und eine Kanone umbauen. Die Kanten der Klingen bestehen aus durchsichtigen Teilen.
- Der „Slab Hanger“ lässt sich abnehmen und ausfahren und verfügt über verschiedene Befestigungspunkte. Genießen Sie mit dieser verbesserten Funktion noch mehr Möglichkeiten.
- Das Motorrad lässt sich umbauen und im bewaffneten Modus am Modell befestigen.
- Im Motorradmodus können mehrere Waffen am „Slab Hanger“ aufgehängt werden, um die Feuerkraft noch weiter zu erhöhen.
- Im Lieferumfang enthalten sind große Reifen für den Motorradmodus und kleine Reifen für den bewaffneten Modus. Die kleinen Reifen können auch im Motorradmodus verwendet werden.
- Das Motorrad kann mit dem mitgelieferten, austauschbaren, ausklappbaren Ständer abgestellt werden.
- Der mitgelieferte runde Sockel kann sowohl im bewaffneten Modus als auch im Motorradmodus (kleine und große Reifen) verwendet werden.
- Enthält fünf Sätze PVC-Handteile.
- Enthält Aufkleber für die Augen.
- Die PVC-Hände sind mit vorhandenen Waffen aus den Serien M.S.G und Frame Arms kompatibel.

„Frame Arms Girl“ ist ein Spin-off der ursprünglichen Modellbausatz-Serie „Frame Arms“ von Kotobukiya, bei der für jeden Mecha eine Figur im Bishoujo-Stil entworfen wird.
Die Bausätze enthalten mehrfarbige Teile und im Tampondruckverfahren vorbedruckte Gesichtsteile, sodass sie einfach zusammengebaut werden können, ohne dass ein Lackieren erforderlich ist.
Ausgestattet mit den charakteristischen 3-mm-Gelenken und PVC-Händen von Frame Arms lassen sich die Frame Arms Girl-Modelle mit einer Vielzahl von Teilen aus Serien wie M.S.G. (Modeling Support Goods), Frame Arms und vielen anderen kombinieren!

Full of useful information
Format: Paperback
As context, I've underwritten about 100 deals and attended some basic underwriting classes. Rob's book was very useful to me, both in helping me gain better skills in underwriting basics (stabilization time period and how unit renovations and rent bumps are modeled/phased-in as well as when to start applying rent escalator) as well as higher level topics, like partnership structures, sensitivity analyses, and judging the returns. In all of these higher level topics I learned several new topics (and calculations to add to my underwriting) and would guess that even experienced investors would pick up a few quality nuggets in these sections.

A Grounding, Practical, and Surprisingly Reassuring Guide for the Modern College Search

Our family absolutely loves this book, having followed Jeff for many years, purchasing this was an easy choice. We’ve been deep in the college search process for a while now, and like many families, we spent a lot of time trying to balance ambition, fit, finances, outcomes, and the emotional side of it all. “Dream School” was one of the few resources that actually helped us calm down and make clearer decisions.
What stood out most is how realistic and grounded the book is. You'll keep wanting to go to the end to look at the list of schools, but read the book. It doesn’t push prestige for the sake of prestige, and it doesn’t pretend that college admissions follow a straight line. Instead, it helps you think honestly about what a “right fit” really means...academically, socially, financially, and emotionally. For our family, this gave us a framework to rationalize all the moving pieces rather than chasing names or getting overwhelmed by noise from online forums and comparison culture.
As we evaluated schools across different regions, majors, sizes, and price points, this book helped us step back and ask the right questions. It pushed us to think about values and outcomes instead of just rankings. It helped us understand why certain schools felt like better matches, even if they weren’t the ones everyone talks about on social media. Parents of HS Students: READ THIS BOOK!
Format: Hardcover
A must-read book for parents navigating the "IVY OR BUST" aspirations of all top-performing high school students. Families simply can not afford the near-100K/year tuition for these institutions. It's unsustainable, and adding soul-crushing debt (before a career is even begun!) is not what parents want for our students. Enter Dream School: a guide to finding YOUR student's opportunity (and less expensive education) amid the noise and rah-rah of aggressive college recruiting. The book is a fast, comprehensive read which gives parents guidance and "permission" to consider schools with less name recognition/lower cost, but with high performance teaching and reasonable return on investment (ROI.) Remember the goal: a college degree for a happy, fulfilled student ready to enter the job market or grad school.

More than one way to a quality education

As a high school counselor, I watch students and parents driving teens to the brink of exhaustion trying to get into the "right" school. I will not deny that there are some benefits to certain highly selective schools, but the issue is that very few do get in there, even if they are capable, and then what? Students think their future will not be as bright or that they will have fewer opportunities, and this book debunks that idea with research and sound principles. Finding a school that works with your strengths, your goals, and your budget is paramount today, and the very best way to create a future that brings fulfillment. Well-written and researched, this book should be reassurance for parents and students that there are many schools that can provide quality education and opportunities for our young people.
