Diese Neuentwicklung aus dem Hause HF-Series ist kompatibel mit nahezu allen Ansaugsystemen für VAG 1.8 - 2.0 Euro 6 TSI EA888 Motoren.
Egal ob Original oder z.B. HF-Series Carbon Intake.
Es stellt ein sehr wichtiges Bauteil zwischen Turbolader und Ansaugsystem dar, denn nur wenn der gesamte Weg bis zum Turbolader optimiert ist, kann das gesamte Potenzial von Turbolader und Motor zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Entwickelt wurde der neue Ansaugstutzen, um maximalen Durchsatz und optimalen Flow zu ermöglichen.
Da das originale Bauteil restriktiv ausfällt und zusätzlich strömungsungünstige Kanten aufweist, ist dies nicht auf Performance ausgelegt, sondern erzeugt sogar Verwirbelungen und Staudruck.
Entwickelt wurde der neue Ansaugstutzen, um maximalen Durchsatz und optimalen Flow zu ermöglichen.
Da das originale Bauteil restriktiv ausfällt und zusätzlich strömungsungünstige Kanten aufweist, ist dies nicht auf Performance ausgelegt, sondern erzeugt sogar Verwirbelungen und Staudruck.
Im Gegensatz zu diesem wurde unser Upgrade-Ansaugstutzen nach dem 3D-Scan auf den maximalen Durchmesser vergrößert.
Dank modernster Flow-Animationen und anderen Computer-Simulationen entstand so dieses Performanceteil aus Aluminium mit CNC-Flansch und handgemachten Abgängen.
Nur so kann die Luft im optimalen und gleichmäßigen Strömungsverlauf zum Turbolader gelangen.

Not worth it
These things suck the screw in the middle keeps falling of by just moving the thing from one place to another I already lost two screws that fell apart and with it the magnet. Very dissapointed I wouldn’t waste my money
