PLA ist das Anfänger-Filament unter allen Filamenten. Es lässt sich besonders einfach und bei niedrigen Temperaturen drucken. Auch ohne viel Erfahrung im Bereich des 3D-Druckens, lassen sich Bauteile mit ausgezeichneter Qualität herstellen.

Auf welcher Druckoberfläche haftet PLA am besten?
- PLA haftet sehr gut bei 60°C auf den folgenden Druckplatten:
- Link: PRINPLATE PEI ROUGH
- Link: PRINPLATE EXTREME zum klammern
- Link: PRINPLATE EXTREME Magnetsystem
- Standard Glasdruckbett vieler 3D Drucker
Die Eigenschaften von PLA

Wie wird PLA am besten gedruckt?
- Wir haben das PLA auf unseren Druckern mit 200°C mit sehr schönen Ergebnissen drucken können
- Die Bauteilkühlung haben wir auf 100% ab der dritten Schicht eingestellt
- Druckbetthaftung: Die besten Ergebnisse erzielst Du mit der PRINPLATE ROUGH / BASIC / PRO oder EXTREME mit folgenden Einstellungen:
- Druckbett gelevelt mit einer 0,05mm Einstellfolie
- Höhe erster Layer = 0,20mm
- Linienbreite erster Layer = 120%
- Druckgeschwindigkeit erster Layer = 15mm/s
- Druckbetttemperatur = 60°C
Drucke den ersten Layer lieber etwas zu langsam, als zu schnell. So gibst Du dem Filament mehr Zeit sich in den Poren der Druckplatte "festzukrallen".

Good finish, poor hardware.
Set screws are poor quality and are sometimes powdercoated on the exposed threads. Leads to striped hex sockets and inability to tighten properly.
Durable finish as evidenced by no visible damage after throwing parts across the shop in frustration.
Ended up running self tapping screws thru parts to complete assembly.

Lovely and sturdy for what I needed!

We LOVE these shelving brackets! We were moving our books from our office space to turn that room into a nursery and I needed something that would be sturdy and off the floor since my books were moving to our living room. These are extremely sturdy, and also go with our curtain rods and other furniture that has this industrial style. The instructions for assembly are simple and easy to follow, I would just ensure you have an extra set of hands (this isn’t a one person job) we ordered the 3 pack, but ended up only needing the two for the space on the wall and they still hold the weight well.
Also this is a work in progress so please disregard that I don’t have the other two shelves here😂
Definitely a high quality and great looking alternative to some other brackets out there!
