  • Transparenz & Kontrolle: Im bodenlosen Modus kannst du den Auslauf, die Strömung und die Farbe des Espressos direkt beobachten – das hilft dabei, Verteilungs­fehler oder Kanalbildung besser zu erkennen und dein Tamping oder Mahlverhalten anzupassen.

  • Flexibilität im Workflow: Wenn du mal den schnellen Doppel­auslauf willst (z. B. für Gäste), ist er sofort verfügbar – du musst nicht zwischen unterschiedlichen Siebträgern wechseln.
