Damit findest Du die optimale Einstellung für eine ausgewogene Belastung, ohne Gelenke und Bänder zu überdehnen. Die Hantelbank mit Ablage hat integrierte Dip-Griffe, die Du für das Trainieren Deines Trizeps nutzt. Sie sind mit einer Beschichtung versehen, die für einen guten Grip sorgt. Bei Übungen für Deine Bauchmuskeln klemmst Du die Füße in den integrierten Sicherungsgurt, um einen guten Halt zu haben. Die Bank darf auf der Liegefläche mit maximal 200 Kilogramm belastet werden.
