Sie bereiten den Matcha mit 80 Grad heissem, japanischem Quellwasser zu. Matcha (teilweise auch Mattcha geschrieben) heisst der traditionelle Pulvertee, hergestellt aus jungen, handgepflückten und im Schatten gewachsenen Blättern.
