In seiner Porträtmalerei reflektiert Max Beckmann (1884–1950) sehr persönliche Beziehungen – zu seiner Familie, seinen Frauen und zu einem großen Freundes- und Bekanntenkreis. Die Publikation führt mit rund 150 ausdrucksstarken Gemälden und Arbeiten auf Papier zum einen eine klassische Porträtgalerie zusammen, ein Who’s who in Beckmanns Leben. Zum anderen werden Bilder präsentiert, in die der Künstler seine »Porträtsammlung« integriert hat und in denen er Familie und Freunden Rollen in seinem allegorischen Welttheater zuweist. Der Band enthält ein von Felix Billeter und Christiane Zeiller erstelltes biografisches Lexikon, das etwa 240 Personen aufführt, die den Lebensweg von Max Beckmann auf unterschiedlichen Etappen begleitet haben. Amazing beauty and quality

This ring is stunning and one of a kind! The first one I received had a defect, but I received a replacement in one day! The gold is authentic and polished- even after having my hands in water often. The turquoise is an amazing complement to the 18k gold. This ring is "go anywhere, anytime" and I'm looking for more Ross Simons jewelry, besides all the pieces I already have.
