An adjustable smart fitness hoop with weight which is ideal for exercising and getting your figure into shape easily and in total comfort, achieving many benefits. This robust ballasted fitness hoop is ergonomic and multifunctional, as it enables you to work out and massage your waist at the same time. Perfect for strengthening and toning body muscles by doing sport at home. It fits to the waist and is detachable, comprising 24 pieces that can be assembled and dismantled easily to adapt to the desired size.
