Nase und Gaumen:
In der Nase dunkle Frucht, Aromen von Orangenschale und Kräutern. Am Gaumen frisch und spannend.
Lage und Anbau:
Der Wein stammt aus In La Figuera, einem kleinen Ort in der Weinbauregion Montsant an der Grenze zum Priorat. Der Weinberg auf dem der Garnacha für den Deunido angebaut wird, heißt La Coma und ist ca. 2 Ha groß. 40 Jahre alte Reben, die auf kalkhaltigen Lehm-Tonböden stehen, in ca. 600 Meter über Meereshöhe. Mediterranes Klima mit kontinentalen Einflüssen, das für lange Reifezeiten und aromatische Trauben sorgt. Biodynamisch ohne Zugabe von Schwefel angefüllt.
