Auf den atemberaubend schönen ersten Fotografien seiner Serie Habitat präsentiert uns Olaf Otto Becker (* 1959) idyllische Sehnsuchtsorte: paradiesische Tableaus aus den Urwäldern Malaysias oder Indonesiens, romantische Flussauen, von Lianen umschlungene Baumstämme, ökologische Nischen für unzählige Lebewesen – unberührte tropische Regenwälder, wie wir sie uns erträumen. Selbst der gemäßigte Regenwald des Redwood National Parks in Kalifornien wirkt wohltuend intakt, die Mammutbäume konnten dank rigoroser Schutzmaßnahmen überleben. Im zweiten Teil seiner Serie führt uns Becker dagegen schmerzhaft vor Augen, was geschieht, wenn international agierende Konzerne weltweit ganze Landstriche abholzen lassen und baumlose Brachflächen von riesigen Ausmaßen entstehen. Not Quite So Durable...

Maybe I have a SUPER aggressive chewer...he went through this ball in under a week. I originally bought the ball because of a review that stated the owner's Pitbull had the same ball for two years; not so much for my Rottweiler. He started chewing off and swallowing small crumbs from the ball within a day or two. By the end of the week, it was chunks so I had to toss it in the trash to prevent an intestinal obstruction. On the up side, my Rottweiler LOVED the ball while it lasted. However, I can't, in good conscience, give this ball a rave review based on this experience. Please take this review with a grain of salt as I have yet to find ANY toy that my boy won't DESTROY in a week or two. I hope that someone finds this informative when searching for chew toys for SUPER aggressive chewers like mine.

One Tough Ball!

Our dogs are loving this ball. Our 1 yr old hound is a world-class chewer and he can't make a dent in this ball. The interactive buzzing and bouncing keeps them entertained for long durations. It's a mite noisy but the barking from the 1 yr old is much louder, lol. Even turned off, they like playing with it and chewing on it. Based on the tough construction, we think it will last much longer than traditional chew balls.

My puppy’s favorite

Great quality and built to last. My dog really enjoys playing with it and stays entertained for quite a while. The material is strong yet safe, and the included drawstring bag is a convenient extra for easy storage.

If you love your dog…don’t buy this.

We have a nonaggressive English cocker. She opened the ball every time she played with it. And yes, we are closing it as hard as we can. I do not recommend this toy for any dog! This is a dangerous toy for a dog that is not supervised.
