Nase:
Der 2020er Grüner Veltliner Ried Schlossberg 1.ÖTW zeigt sich mit kraftvoller, saftiger Frucht und viel Würze in der Nase. Der Duft von getrockneten Aprikosen, Mango und Orange vereint sich mit fulminantem Blütenduft und exotischen Gewürzen wie Zimt und Kardamom. Ummantelt ist das Ganze von einer erdigen und steinigen Tiefe, die auf sein Wahnsinns-Entwicklungspotential verweist.

Gaumen:
Am Gaumen wirkt er straff und fordernd. Die süßlich anmutende Frucht wird begleitet von einer wunderschön anregenden Säure und deutlichen salzigen Noten. Getragen von der würzigen Note der Nase und einer pikanten Gerbstoffstruktur haben wir es hier mit einem wunderschönen Langstreckenläufer zu tun, der mit etwas Reife noch zusätzlich gewinnen kann.
