Optisch und geschmacklich ein Highlight - die Rotweine der Cantina di Dolianova!

Die Besonderheit des Anzenas Cannonau di Sardegna ist der Ausbau im Betontank. Dieser Tank reagiert nur wenig auf Schwankungen der Temperatur. Dadurch kühlt der Most nach der Gärung nicht so schnell ab.

Fruchtige Aromen von Pflaume, Kirsche sowie Himbeere in der Nase. Leicht würzige Noten von Pfeffer und Thymian. Am Gaumen samtig, sanft und würzig.

Der Arenada besteht aus 85% Monica, 10% Montepulciano und 5% Barbera Sarda.

Er hat einen intensiver und lang anhaltenden Geruch mit Noten von Himbeeren und Kirschen. Trocken, vollmundig und warm, mit einem guten Körper und dem richtigen Maß an Tannine. 

PERFECT SERVE

Beide Weine passen perfekt zu Braten, Wild und kräftigem, sardischem Pecorino. Temperiert auf 16-18°C genießen.

It's a standalone but there will be more books set in the same town.
