Gerstenbackmalz ist ein ausgezeichnetes Zutat für alle, die gutes Brot und Brötchen backen möchten.
Das Malz gibt dem Teig einen wunderbaren Geschmack und fördert die Bildung einer knusprigen Kruste und einer weichen, saftigen Krume.

Das Gerstenbackmalz aus regionalem Anbau, enthält keine künstlichen Zusatzstoffe oder Konservierungsmittel. Es ist ein reines, natürliches Produkt, das dem Brot oder Brötchen einen einzigartigen, intensiven Geschmack verleiht.

Einfache Anwendung: Einfach zum Teig hinzufügen. Die genaue Menge hängt vom Rezept ab, aber in der Regel sind 1-2 Esslöffel ausreichend.
