Der Malinois - sicher die bekannteste der vier Belgischen Schäferhunderassen. Als Allrounder ist er beliebt und zuverlässig als Diensthund für die unterschiedlichsten Aufgaben, als Sporthund, Wachhund, aber auch als Familienhund, der für seine Zweibeiner durchs Feuer geht. Zur Tatenlosigkeit verurteilt ist er allerdings nicht geschaffen. Es gibt ihn in den verschiensten Farbschattierungen von gelb über rot bis hin zu mahagonifarben. Allen gemeinsam ist die schwarze Maske.

Rob's book was very useful to me, both in helping me gain better skills in underwriting basics (stabilization time period and how unit renovations and rent bumps are modeled/phased-in as well as when to start applying rent escalator) as well as higher level topics, like partnership structures, sensitivity analyses, and judging the returns. In all of these higher level topics I learned several new topics (and calculations to add to my underwriting) and would guess that even experienced investors would pick up a few quality nuggets in these sections.
