Durch die Vielfalt der unterschiedlichen Böden drückt jede Lage dem dort angebauten Wein ihren ganz eigenen Stempel auf. Aus diesem Grund setzen wir auch fast ausschließlich auf den Ausbau von Lagenweinen. Erlebe in der geführten Weinprobe acht Weinen aus folgenden erstklassigen Kaiserstühler Lagen und lerne ihre Besonderheiten kennen:

- Oberrotweiler Käsleberg (Löß- und Lehmboden)

- Bischoffinger Rosenkranz (Vulkanverwitterungsgestein mit Lößschicht)

- Burkheimer Feuerberg (Vulkanverwitterungsgestein - Tephrit)

- Bischoffinger Steinbuck (Vulkanverwitterungsgestein mit Tonanteilen)

- Bischoffinger Enselberg (Vulkanbodenasche, Tuffgestein)

- Oberrotweiler Henkenberg (Vulkanverwitterungsgestein - Phonolith)

- Kiechlinsberger Ölberg (Vulkanverwitterungsboden mit Tephrit)

Bei den Weinen handelt es sich um weiße und rote Burgunderrebsorten (Weißburgunder, Grauburgunder, Chardonnay, Auxerrois, Spätburgunder).

Die Probe findet von März bis Ende Oktober immer samstags, auf Anmeldung, von 14.00-16.00 Uhr statt - November bis Ende Februar gerne auf Anfrage

Für Gruppen ab 10 Personen sind auf Wunsch auch alternative Termine möglich.

Fun with a late blooming omega

I like this book. The story is fun, cute, and sexy. There's just a little drama, some excellent, steamy scenes, and a fairly good relationship building storyline. I especially like how all the main characters are a bit older than the usual 20 somethings I tend to see in this kind of book. Having said that, I wish there were more descriptions of the places, as well as the food in the fancy restaurant. I enjoyed the cocktails at the club, so I missed that kind of detail when Gray took Madison on a dinner date. I also wish there had been more interaction between Lucas and Madison, and Lucas and Rian. It felt a bit lopsided, with a focus on Rian, Madison, and Gray. I wish it had been proofread - there are a lot of typos, but nothing too distracting.
