Eigenschaften - Ringisolatoren "S461R" :

Material - Ringisolatoren "S461R" :

Knapp ein Drittel aller Kunststoff Artikel sind aus dem Thermoplast Polyethylen. Thermoplaste sind die Kunststoffe, die sich bei bestimmten Temperaturen verformen lassen. Polyethylen (PE) ist chemisch beständig gegenüber Säuren, Ölen und Fetten und hat gute elektrische Isoliereigenschaften. Das Material hat eine hohe Dehnbarkeit und Kälteschlagfestigkeit und lässt das Spritzgussverfahren zu. PE ist brennbar und von Hause aus nicht witterungsbeständig, weshalb bei Isolatoren UV-Absorber beigemischt werden. Neben Weidezaunisolatoren werden zum Beispiel auch Weidezaunbänder, Litzen und Seile aus Polyethylen hergestellt.
