Das Produkt enthält eine Reihe an B-Vitaminen, Vitamin C (gepuffert) und Vitamin E. Vitamin C und Vitamin E sind nicht nur für ihre zahlreiche Funktionen im Körper bekannt, sondern auch als Antioxidantien. B-Vitamine wie Vitamin B1 (Thiamin), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Vitamin B5 (Pantothensäure) und Vitamin B12 tragen dazu bei, einen normalen Energiestoffwechsel aufrechtzuerhalten. Insbesondere Pantothensäure unterstützt zusätzlich eine normale geistige Leistung. Unter anderem sind die Vitamine B2, B9, B12 in ihrer bioaktiven Form vorhanden, um eine optimale Bioverfügbarkeit zu gewährleisten.
Mineralstoffe wie Zink, Selen, Mangan und Chrom spielen ebenfalls eine entscheidende Rolle im Körper. Zink, Selen und Mangan tragen dazu bei, Zellen vor oxidativem Stress zu schützen. Zink unterstützt darüber hinaus die normale kognitive Funktion, während Chrom vor allem für die Aufrechterhaltung eines normalen Blutzuckerspiegels bekannt ist.
Ein besonderer Bestandteil des Produktes ist das vorhandene Reis-Protein, das eine vielfältige Mischung aus essentiellen und nicht essentiellen Aminosäuren liefert. Während nicht-essentielle Aminosäuren vom Körper hergestellt werden können, müssen essentielle Aminosäuren von außen zugeführt werden.
